1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases, including costumes, party dresses, ballet costumes, and accessories, are final sale. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or issue credits under any circumstances.
2. Custom Orders
Custom-made orders are non-refundable. As these items are created specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please ensure that all details, including measurements and specifications, are accurate before confirming your order.
3. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased through sales or clearance promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days from the received date . We may offer a replacement or store credit, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Note: Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
5. Customer Responsibility
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our No Refund Policy. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your selection before finalizing your order.
6. No Exceptions
This policy is strictly enforced. We do not make exceptions for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or sizing issues.
